I know there is at least one user on this website that requests an angel and then deletes the request. I've been left with a book because of this; it is possible the user deleted the request after you mooched it.
I wouldn't worry too much, if they don't appear in a few days, I would just post the book again. It's a fairly new book, and should disappear quickly. Debbie Macomber is a popular author.
