Status message:
i'm changing back to "ask me" mooches for a while--there are so few books getting mooched, i want to clear out the backlog a bit. i'll be moving to germany in april '13 so, germany-based moochers, if you wait till then it'll be a domestic mooch. though i might thin out the inventory that hasn't been mooched, so ask me if you see something you want but would like to wait on it.

international mooches: if you mooch more than one, it does make it a better value! i send it surface mail by ship, so it can sometimes take a month or more to reach you.

my books are currently in a smoke-free and pet-free home, but many are second-hand and mooched so i can't vouch for their previous owners. if there is damage or serious aging i do mention it in condition notes.

Bio:
i read a lot and i don't have a lot of space, so i don't keep everything. i live in a country where there aren't that many english-language books, so i often set my status to "only in my country" so that people here get a decent chance to mooch my stuff.

(i am not terribly sympathetic to those who only send internationally to people who send internationally--in my mind, paying two points for an international mooch means the moocher is paying double the domestic mooch rate; plus the international sender receives a bonus point for a net of three, so that's a great compensation. i don't believe in penalizing those who don't send internationally but want to mooch books from abroad; we don't all have the money to do it, but the mooch system makes up for that by using points. so don't be so stingy, people!)
