PLEASE NOTE: I am moving on the weekend of May 13, 2011 and thus will be slow to respond to requests/emails. I'll try to check emails at least once a day until settled in but it may be slightly longer. Rest assured that I *will* respond to all mooch requests but it may take a few days, rather than my usual turnaround of a few hours.

My preference is to ship in bubble envelopes. If a particular book won't fit in one of those, then I generally wrap them in newspaper and send them in a larger manila envelope. I live in a very rural area, so it can sometimes take a few days before I'm able to get to the post office. If the book is fairly small, I will occasionally send first class, usually within 24 hours of receiving the request. (My record is 20 minutes between a request being sent and the book being placed in the mailbox.)

Bio:
A majority of my books are obtained used, be it from BookMooch, Goodwill or my local used bookstore. As such, a good deal of them have passed through several owners and look as such. For the most part, this only means that the spine will be wrinkled and some pages may be bent. I won't list something unless all of the pages are intact and firmly anchored to the spine. I may occasionally offer a book that has a bit more damage, such as a torn cover, but I'll always try to mention that in the description.

Regarding International Requests: I am currently unemployed, so money is a bit tight. My willingness to ship outside of the US primarily depends on two things: whether I can afford it and how good the book is. The more important I think it is for someone to read a particular book, the more likely I am to spend the money to ship it overseas. Feel free to inquire, though, as my ability to ship internationally changes fairly often.
