Status message:
All my listed books are in readable condition. I'll give a fair and accurate description of their overall condition but please be assured that I wouldn't list a book that couldn't be read ie loose pages, covers missing etc.
Generally I'm more than happy to despatch books overseas, no matter how far but I'd appreciate it if you could e-mail me first to check in case the book in question is large or bulky (which generally means prohibitive postage costs). I'm reluctant to send books abroad to people who restrict their contributions to their own country. Quid pro quo...
I aim to post books once a week, usually towards the end of the week. If you are in a rush for a book that you've mooched from me, please let me know and I'll see if I can't hurry it along.
Most cases where the cover differs I'll note but the odd one might slip through! If the cover is vitally important, please let me know and I can confirm one way or the other.
The majority of my fellow bookmoochers can ignore the rest of this message but for the (thankfully small) minority who regard courtesy and manners as not applying to them, please note that I do not care to receive ill-mannered and/or demanding mooch "requests". These will more than likely result in your request being politely declined.
