This is a tarif open to ALL members of the public, as well as businesses.
Also, there is a domestic 'Ecopli' rate, which is cheaper than the greener 'lettre verte' (read: ecological but slow) option, for up to 250g. For anything higher than 250g, go for the 'lettre verte' option.
