I would really appreciate it, if the people who choose to mooch from me would consider to likewise send books outside of their country. I find it very frustrating that I will send anywhere, yet I cannot mooch the books I would like due to members not extending the same courtesy. I understand costs being high and funds short and I must delay books once in a while as well, and I don't know what the answer to this is, but I felt I needed to vent. :0)
