I'm happy to send anything to anyone in the United States. Please ask if you are from another country and would like a book, depending on postage and how much I have in the kitty, I'll try to make it work. Canada is easy, but Europe/Australia can get quite pricy. Now that school is starting again, it will take me a bit longer (perhaps a week or two) to ship books. I appreciate your patience!
