Status message:
Books are meant to be read, not framed.

All my books are guaranteed to be in readable condition only. Most of my books are in great shape, but a book in my inventory could have marks, bent pages, or water damage. If I can read the content and the pages are not falling out, I post it.
Please don't send me emails looking for info on editions, ISBN's, or condition of a book. I just don't have time to read every request, and I have less time to reply.
If you must have that info, please mooch the book from someone else.
I mail books about once a week. Once your book is packaged, I'll send you a email using the "sent" button on the Bookmooch pending page, letting you know the day your book will go out.

People who leave negative feedback because of the above issues will have all future mooch requests automatically rejected.

I mail small and hard-to-find books to most countries, HOWEVER, the requester must also be willing to ship books inter-country.

There have been problems in the past with moochers who have less than 20 points listing every book they requested as "lost". Strangely, the book I sent listed as "lost" then shows up in the moochers's inventory, or in their commercial used book site such as Half.com. In fairness to everyone and to avoid dealers who try to take advantage of honest folk, I reserve the right on very rare occasions to request points prior to shipment for those who have few points but seem to always lose their bookmooch shipments.
