Bio:
I buy books everywhere, both new and used. I live in an area with large public library systems that always have a large number of discards for sale so I stock up frequently and it is physically impossible for me walk by a used book store without stepping inside for at least a peek.

Please don't judge my tastes by my inventory - people always give me books because they know I'm a reader and I usually just take them knowing that someone, somewhere will love them.

I collect vintage sewing, knitting and crochet books and magazines and have small collections of other topics, mostly odd stuff like serial killers, crime scene cleanup and investigation, and odd travel books.

I have a pet-free and smoke free home. I get books from various sources and I can't promise that the book didn't once live in a home with pets or smokers.

A note about all the rejected mooches: I imported a wishlist and inventory update during one of the infamous server crashes which led to a flood of requests for books I don't have. I also seem to get requests now and then for books that have previously been mooched, not sure why.
