I am facing several health issues. If you mooch books from me do not expect to receive them immediately. I must depend on my wife to take care of my affairs and needless to say my library is among the least important to her. I will only check my email every few days and the USPO mail will be checked once a week. Thank you.

!I am currently breaking up a small personal library.I carefully describe each book I list in my inventory, however I am not infallible. I have and do make mistakes but they are rare. I am an avid reader who seldom watch TV. I keep up with the news on Yahoo.Like many others here I got hooked on book swapping.The good thing is I read much more again.
My schedule is flexible and I ship as soon as I can. I carefully pack the requested books. I will ship to Canada,please ask first.
My home is pet-free and smoke free. Some of my books I buy new and many are from library sales, swapped, or other second-hand sources, some of these books from other sources may have been exposed to pets or smoke. I describe them as accurately as possible. Of course, all my listed books are in readable condition.

Unless I specifically state otherwise then all books I list to trade are in "good" condition. The criteria of a book I am using is the same criteria found with Amazon. If the criteria does not meet your specifications I would ask that you mooch from someone else. My goal in trading is to make you happy and to also have points to get books for my students as well as books I will enjoy for personal reading.
Guidelines for New and Used Books items:
I cannot guarantee that books are totally unmarked particularly if books are part of copies I purchased or traded for many years ago. I have several hundred books that are boxed and in storage.
* Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact, with no nicks or tears. Spine has no signs of creasing. Pages are clean and are not marred by notes or folds of any kind. Book may contain a remainder mark on an outside edge but this should be noted in listing comments.
* Very Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. Pages are intact and are not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
* Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact . The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting, and the copy can include "From the library of" labels.
* Acceptable: A readable copy. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but the notes cannot obscure the text.

Bio:
I played a television character named Pecos Pete in the 1990s. The photo I posted is Pecos in his prime. The photo was taken by a great photographer and friend, Andrew Kilgore. I don't watch television. I read and get my news from the Interner. I read nonfiction and fiction on continuing basis. There are several categories I am very interested in: cooking, food history, social issues, natural healing, economics on individual level, birding and wildlife, identification of wild flowers and wild plants, and sustainable living. I have several hundred books that I am listing slowly.
I live on 20 acres outside of Fayetteville, AR. My property is wooded with large oaks, hickory and other hardwoods. I have plenty of dogwood, wild cherry, redbuds an d smaller flowering trees. Deer and other wildlife are regular visitors to my yard. I have lived here for 30 years. My home was designed by a noted solar archetech atech I am a retired military officer and nd sales executive.
