About me: 22-year-old from Basingstoke, now studying at Cambridge University. When I'm not reading, I enjoy music (playing and listening) and wasting time online. Books: Almost all of my books are secondhand. Many have come from other bookmoochers. I never send out a book I wouldn't be happy to receive, but please be aware that unless otherwise specified, books are generally in read condition and in the case of paperbacks, the spines are normally broken. I'm pretty good about adding condition notes but if you have any questions, just ask. I always list my books by ISBN but if you specifically want a certain edition, please check before I ship the book! Accepted/sent: I mark mooches as accepted when I have packaged the book up and paid the postage online. I mark them as sent when the parcel is in the hands of the postal service (normally the next day as paying for postage online has a 'post by' date). So just cos I haven't marked it as accepted doesn't mean I'm not going to send - please send me an email if you need to check! House: non-smoking household, no pets. I can't vouch for where else my books may have been but if they smell of smoke or anything, it'll be listed in the notes. Domestic shipping: 2nd class. If I haven't posted your book within 2 working days, there's likely one reason for that: I'm being lazy. At the peak of my laziness, you're not likely to wait more than a week before it's sent. If you're in a hurry for a book, just let me know and I will spring into action and most likely have it in the next post :) International shipping: I am willing and able to send some books internationally. I send air mail if the price is reasonable and surface mail otherwise (in which case I'll let you know). Ditto what I said in 'domestic shipping' about laziness. Please be aware that it is the *quantity* of international requests I receive that determines whether or not I can afford to ship internationally and not the size of the individual book. If I reject your international mooch and you'd like to use a BM angel, just let me know and I'll reserve it for you so that you have time to do that. Here's where I've sent my books:

Singapore Packaging: I normally post books in bubble envelopes. I reuse envelopes wherever possible. I always make sure that books are securely packaged but I don't put internal wrapping on them (carrier bags, clingfilm etc.) so if the book is likely to be left outside or anything, let me know and I can make it more waterproof. Moochcards: I have supplies of moochcards and BM bookmarks. I usually include a few with all the books I send out, but if you'd like some more, especially if you live in a country where they aren't available, I'm more than happy to throw in some more. Anything else: feel free to ask! I check my email daily and will get back to you ASAP.
