Status message:
It may take several days for me to get back to you concerning emails or books received. I'm currently busy with college stuff. It also may take me awhile to ship books out, so don't be surprised if I have to delay a book you want, sorry about that.

Well, I guess I better put something here.

Since I am currently a full-time student, I'm away from home 9 months out of the year. I'll do all my sending from May to August, after that, well I'll do what I can from school, but the post office isn't very accessible out there, and I don't bring all my books to school with me.

Anywho, like everyone on here, I'm an avid reader. I prefer Sci-Fi and Fantasy, but I don't mind settling down with a good suspense or mystery novel once in awhile. As an amateur artist, I am also partial to comics and manga, which I must admit I do have a bit of a weakness for (especially Spider-Man!).

Condition and Mailing info:
As for condition, most of the books I send out are new or close to it, since I usually only read once before listing. However, sometimes I will mooch a book, read it once, then re-list it. In which case, it depends on the previous owner. Condition is described as such: Like New, Great, Good, Fair, Poor. I will usually elaborate on exact defects in the condition notes for any specific book.
Like new books have nothing wrong with them. Typically books I bought new.
Great is for books that would be like new, but have small things wrong with them, like a small bend in a corner of the cover, or a mark somewhere.
Good is well, a book in decent condition, but not great.
Fair is for beat up books, perhaps with water damage or heavily folded covers.
Poor is for books that are pretty much falling apart. Perhaps there is heavy damage to the cover, it is ripped in places, or has sustained very heavy water damage.
I will not list any books missing pages or with binding that I think cannot withstand going through the mail.

I also re-use packing materials, if they're not too beat up. Typically, books will be sent out in padded envelopes. This usually goes for comics, game guides, and larger books.
If not in a padded envelope, they will be sent wrapped up in two sheets of 18x24" 50 lb drawing paper, folded over a couple times. This is generally how I send smaller books, such as manga volumes, or small hardcovers.
Once in awhile, if you decide to mooch several books from me at once, I will send them in a box with bubble wrap or paper for padding.
