Bio:
2/6/10 Picture is my two nephews and me--Jacob in the Navy and Adam in the Marines. Adam's a naval aviator stationed in Japan. I work in a hospital as a nurse and am also a nursing clinical instructor. I frequently get book recommendations from my patients; they bring a book to read during their hospital stay. Currently reading W.E.B. Griffin's books. Wow, there are a lot of them. Almost finished with the Corps series, because of my Marine nephew. I like most mysteries, thrillers and adventures and some "chick" books by such authors as Jodi Picoult, Anita Shreve and Lisa See. Have read all of Nevada Barr and almost all Elizbeth Peters's books. Just completed all of Lee Child. Jack Reacher is the BOMB! Soon going to start on John Lescroart series of Dismas Hardy stories. My most recent read was The Scarpetta Factor by Patricia Cornwell. She's back on her game.
2/23/10 Listening to Three Cups of Tea. Wow, amazing. Laugh and cry in my car.
5/1/10 Reading Stephen J. Cannell books presently.
6/22/10 More W.E.B. Griffin and Patrick Robinson.
9/11/11 Having a Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston reading festival. What a trip. Suspension of reality.
2/2/13 Having been reading everything by David Baldacchi I can get my hands on--thanks to my BM buds who have helped.
1/16/14 Lately have been read J.D. Robb--futurist suspense--very entertaining!
