Bio:
I've not been a member too long. Joined because I'm supposed to be reading for my doctorate, not fun, and to try and get rid of some of my piles of books before my other half kills me or the inevitable paperback avalanche does.

I'm precious about my books and try to keep them in good condition, but as I'm far from rich most of them were secondhand when I acquired them so they're varied in condition, but I'll try and give fair descriptions and all are intact and undamaged inside unless stated. All the books I give away are registered on BookCrossing - I don't expect requests to come from members of the site or people willing to pass them on to anybody else, but it does mean they'll have writing on the inside cover.

I don't smoke but I do have pets. I'll post to anywhere, but if it isn't to the UK then be prepared for a wait as I can only afford to post by slow mail.
