I aim to send books out within a week of being requested. If there is any delay I always email to let you know. Sometimes I don't always have the funds to post within a week, especially abroad, but I will always get them sent.
(Any problems in the past were due to moving house and poor internet connection so please don't let my cancelled mooches put you off) :) x
