Status message:
Non-smoking, pet-free household.
Most of the books I have are second (or third) hand, but are in good used (always readable) condition. This means there likely is shelf wear, creases in the spines, etc. but, the books are sound and will give you hours of reading pleasure.
I recently had someone give me negative feedback because a page in a (nearly 20 year old) paperback they mooched was "kind of loose" - so I want to make this clear- if there is something obviously wrong with a book beyond normal wear and tear (like a rip, cover creases, more than usual wear, etc) I will note it, but I am not going to list every minor defect- fair warning if you want to only mooch brand new-looking books- unless I say it's brand new, expect to recieve an average used book.
Books will usually be mailed out by the next (business) day.

I am a mom of 2 kids, a midwife and a freelance writer (for real- I get paid and everything) when I am not working as a waitress on the weekends.
I love to read sci-fi, comics (I am most partial to anything X-Men), fantasy, straight science, and medical textbooks.
