Status message:
Please note that I do not send books outside of the continental United States, for ecological reasons. If you are in a rush, please note so when mooching. Thank you.

Bio:
I love books and have a fondness for American and French Naturalist writers (Zola, Balzac, Norris), Gabriel García Márquez, Richard Brautigan, Margaret Atwood, Chicana/Latina literature, children's literature, feminist writing, and any home canning book that involves jams or jellies. Whenever possible, I try to mooch from my geographic region, in order to reduce the eco-footprint of the shipment (you should too!).

Book Conditions: Condition notes are always listed. I am conservative with my descriptions because I do not want anyone to be disappointed (so far, so good).

Allergy Concerns?: Books come from a non-smoking home, unless otherwise stated. In case it is a concern, we do have cats; however, they cannot read.

Shipping: Whenever possible I reuse packaging material, especially from fellow Moochers, and ship via USPS media mail (first class if cheaper). If you are in a rush for a book, please mention it in your request. I will confirm what options I can accommodate.

Did I Request A Book From Your Inventory?: I strongly prefer books that come from smoke-free environments and are in good condition. If your Condition Notes do not indicate water damage, ex library status, advance reading copy, smells (e.g., cigarette, mildew), damage, or reader marks, I would appreciate an email regarding the book condition before you accept my mooch. If you do not use Condition Notes, please consider doing so, as it really helps manage expectation and reduce disappointment. Thank you.
