Status message:
All of my books are used. Some have Bookcrossing stickers inside. We do not have pets, we do not smoke, and my books do not have mildew. Otherwise, all of my books have been read and thus are not necessarily in mint condition. (this is a statement for those who expect to mooch books in perfect condition. I believe in reading and then passing on books).

Bio:
I've always loved books, but while my kids were still small, I didn't have much time to read. Now I'm back in the swing of things and read whatever comes my way. I used to have preferences (historical fiction, some mystery), but ever since I started with bookcrossing.com, I just read whatever I can get my hands on. I am fluent in English and German. Now that I live in Germany again, I do prefer to read in English.

Ich war schon immer eine Leseratte, hatte aber nicht viel Zeit zum Lesen, als meine Kinder noch klein(er) waren. Jetzt lese ich wieder viel. Eine zeitlang habe ich bestimmte Bücher bevorzugt (z.B. historische Romane und Krimis), aber seit ich bei Bookcrossing.com mitmache, lese ich eigentlich alles, was ich erwischen kann. Ich lese Bücher auf Englisch und Deutsch, aber jetzt, wo ich wieder in Deutschland lebe, bevorzuge ich englische Bücher.
