I keep my bewilderment at my own complex character to myself, and won't burden you with it. I enjoy the sentimental gestures of romance. I can flutter my lashes with delicate femininity, but am not at all helpless when it comes to earning my own living. I can smoothly change into a intellectual who studies the great philosophers and talks about poetry brilliantly, then suddenly turn into a bundle of raw emotion, full of nerves, tears and fears.
