Starting now and until further notice, multiple mooches will have priority when it comes time to mail packages (I have been sending a LOT of single books out recently), so see if there is something else that catches your eye...adding a book is never bad.

I will try to send out up to 5 packages a week from here on in (provided that there are that many to send) but I may have to delay from time to time. If you can be patient, please feel free to mooch away. As you can see from my feedback, I haven't yet had an unsatisfied "customer" (though some might have grumbled a bit about the delay of ship-borne parcels) so rest assured that any books mooched will be sent (barring World War III, a rogue asteroid impact, a planet-wide zombification virus, an alien attack and/or my untimely demise...any guesses as to my favorite genre?).

I send by the cheapest method possible (usually slow-boat), so don't be surprised if it takes a while to get your books...I've only had two books lost so far and I'm wondering (dubiously) as to how they got lost (they were packaged together with another book that was received).

If you are one of those members unwilling to send books abroad (but perfectly willing to mooch from abroad), I would urge you to reconsider your stance...I have only been a member for a short time, and have already confronted the frustrating specter of wanting to mooch a book but seeing those most unwelcome words "not to your country" glaring back at me.
If on the other hand, you are one of those members who, for whatever reason, are unable to send books abroad, I completely understand and hope that your situation will soon become such that sending abroad poses no problems for you.

I'm a relaxed American father of two small children with a Japanese wife, and we all (surprise) love to read. I'm pretty new at this so bear with me if I make any mistakes or commit some terrible Bookmooch faux pas.
Most of my books are used, which means there are probably some minor creases and slightly worn covers, but they will all be in pretty good condition unless otherwise noted in the condition reports of each individual book. I don't smoke, I have no pets and mildew is not a big problem, but I do live in a humid area of Japan and it does take a toll sometimes on the books (as do the exploring fingers of a couple of small children).
So far, I have sent (or am in the process of sending) books to the following countries:

visited 31 states (13.7%)
Create your own visited map of The World
and the following states:

visited 23 states (46%)
Create your own visited map of The United States

I have mooched books from these countries:

visited 34 states (15.1%)
Create your own visited map of The World
and from these states:

visited 41 states (82%)
Create your own visited map of The United States
