I tend to go to the post office once a week, so I am unlikely to mail the book the same day you mooch.

I send books to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Otherwise, I generally do not send books worldwide for financial reasons, but please ask if there's something you really want. If the book is hard to get in your area, I'm more likely to send it.
