CrossPointe Counseling Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization that provides individual, couple, and family counseling in the Dallas, Texas, metroplex.
We enjoy being able to loan books to clients but all too often we never see the books again! That hasn't stopped us from lending yet, but it does slow us down a little. It would be great if we could mooch some resources to put back into circulation among the people who need them most!
The books we use most are usually from the self-help, or pop psychology genres, although we sometimes need things related to life skills (like finance), or works of fiction with a theme or character trait we want someone to grasp in a fresh way. Of course, professional books related to practice are always great to have on hand as well!
