Status message:
I enjoy recycling in general, so adding books to the effort seemed to make perfect sense. I look up to see how many copies are already on bookmooch before I list mine. I find that there are plenty of other worthwhile donation sites out there - so I'd rather diversify then add to a lengthy list...
I do have to be careful about smoke and animal allergens, so please carefully check over your book before sending ...all of mine have likewise been inspected & will have a note if there is something you might need to be made aware of.
I love to read - generally almost any interesting topic - and I have gotten some wonderful books from other "moochers'". This service helps me from feeling like I must save every great book I have ever read! Something about passing it on keeps me from becoming a huge book hoarder! So thank all of you who ask for any books from my inventory!
Sorry to have to update & change my available mailing status to exclude International shipping. Yesterday (2/11) it cost me $17.49 to send 2 paperbacks to the UK....just too expensive...
