Status message:
Most of my books are in excellent condition-- some never read, most handed over from family members and friends. My home is a non-smoking home, but I do have a dog and a cat. The cat is never in the vicinity of the bookshelf, but I can't make promises about the dog... please keep that in mind if you have extreme restrictions about pets. :]

Bio:
I realized I've been in school for twenty years, now that I'm out-- a graduated graduate of grad school as some might say-- I find myself with a lot of time to read. I prefer humorous non-fiction, humorous fiction, memoir, and collections of short stories. I'm a teacher by day, writer by trade-- I need to put that BFA to use somehow. I'm an artist and some sort of a musician as well-- my jeans are ripped, my smile is wide, my future probably looks decidedly like the inside of a cardboard box under the overpass. But at least I'll have my crazy shelter dog to keep me company. ;]
