Most likely I will send to people outside of America but ask first. It all depends on how long I have been waiting for someone to mooch that book and how much money I have available.

Also please note, I am not rich. I cannot afford to mail out books the day you request them. I need funds for the postage and funds for fuel to get to the post office.
