Voracious reader but kind of ADD...usually reading about 20 books at once on everything from etymology to popular 'junk food' fiction to music and performance texts to the history of Dengue Fever. Currently too busy with work to have the luxury to read much...first time in my life that when I go to bed and "read myself to sleep" I actually am exhausted to the point where I do fall asleep in a few pages. Not a complain, but my TBR pile is not shrinking this year...oh no! I fear it may take over the entire dining room shelves! |
