Status message:
Anything under a pound I mail first class, otherwise hard cover and large trade paperbacks or more than one book are sent media mail, I try and get to the post office if I am going out that day, our post office is not open on weekends. Assume hard cover books have their dust jacket, if not I will note that in the condition notes, also assume paperbacks are in decent condition with just the usual wear and tear, if not I will note that in the notes. Media mail may take several weeks, usually close to a month remember I'm mailing from Alaska. Currently I can't send books outside the US unless it's a small paperback, I had to change the listing because people weren't asking first. I'm on a limited income.

Bio:
I am 55 years old and a female to male transsexual. I am disabled, love reading, enjoy mysteries, science fiction and horror, my book habit keeps my wife in books, she rarely has to buy them. When I'm not reading them, I'm either listening to them in my car or on my MP3 player. I belong to an online mystery group, I'm also involved in my community, I volunteer at the Gay and Lesbian Community Center in Anchorage, one afternoon a week. I've been doing my practicum at the Community Center updating our helpline notebook. I'm taking the summer off from school to have surgery. I have one more semester in the fall and then I will have my Associates in Human Services.
