Status message:
Due to the 2013 US Postal Service increases in the cost of international shipping, I cannot afford to ship most books outside the USA. If anyone outside the USA requests one or more books, I will look up the shipping cost on https://cns.usps.com/go. If the shipping cost is higher than US$9.00 I will decline the request. This is based on the fact that each Bookmooch point costs me around $3.00 for domestic mail.

In practice, this means that I will decline all requests except for very light paperback books.
