UPDATE 6 JAN 2009 --> ::: START VENT ::::IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT FOR YOUR BOOK THAN PLEASE MOOCH ESLEWHERE... I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE CANCELING AND PUTTING MY ACCOUNT ON VACATION.!!! I AM OUT OF TOWN DUE TO A DEATH IN THE FAMILY IF YOU GUYS CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT, THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH KARMA!!! I AM HAVING A FAMILY MEMEBER IN WV PULL WHAT BOOKS I HAVE MARKED AS SENT TODAY, AND ASKED THEM TO DROP OFF AT POST OFFICE IN THE MORNING. ::: END VENT::: 14 Nov 08 --> As I have said in the past I CAN BE A SLOW SHIPPER ! It can take up to 3 MONTHS in some cases, but not always. Most of our books are the good to fair shape, most have been read at least 3 to 4 times. Most have no dust covers. Once in a while be do lay our hands on new ones. We often read and release our books to other members, so don't be surprised if you see a book that you gave us ~or~ the charity group we help run show up in our inventory. We thank you for the opportunity to read your book! FYI: The zip code came into being in 1963. It was not widely used at the time. Before then, states had three- or four-letter name abbreviations. Example: Wisiconsin was Wis. and Minnestota was Minn. States with short names, such as Iowa, were written out. I am from a small town outside of Clarksburg, WV. And have started an In-home child care program. The children and I love to read! We are always on the hunt for great books.
