About sending books worldwide, my ask-me first status is for BookMooch Journals. For books, I just send within the U.S. Bio:
I became hooked on reading after getting through my first Babysitter's Club book. Now that I'm older I'm trying to read most of the classics - it helped when I was an English major in college. I've recently branched out to read interesting non-fiction books. I've always liked treating my books well, so most aren't bent, torn or waterlogged. For awhile I'd write my name in the inside, so that's the most damage I'd voluntarily do. I also come from a non-smoker's house, so my books just smell like paper. However, much of my inventory includes books I mooched, so those may be more beat up. My collection is comprised of books I had to read from school, books from my teenage years, some of my dad's books and non-children's books I don't care to keep.
