I DON'T MIND SENDING BOOKS 2 @ a time!! I usually will send any mooches the next day if received Monday-Thursday. Mooches on Friday will be sent Monday. I'm lucky enough to have a post office at my job site.
I have a non-smoking household but have 2 dogs. However, the dogs can't read so they are not around the books much.
