I trade books that are for reading. Many of the books in my inventory are books I’ve mooched from other folks. (Except for the romances… they belonged to my grandma!) If you require a specific type of book and don’t see in the condition notes that this is or isn’t that type of book, please ask before mooching. I do try to be conscientious about using condition notes to point out flaws. If you are concerned, please ask first so I can let you know. Update 17 Jan 10: I have joined the ranks of the unemployed and can't afford to send internationally right now. As soon as I get a job I will resume shipping internationally. I read a lot and am usually reading two or three books at a time. I’ve started two book clubs and really enjoy the opportunity to discuss a book with others who have read it. I have two favorite books: One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell. I hope to be sending worldwide again soon. My books live in a non-smoking, one-cat home. The cat has a Nook, so he leaves the books alone. I recycle packaging. A lot. I used to maintain the web site for the BookMooch Journal Project which can be found at http://bookmoochjournals.com/. These days, Gill Tennant maintains the site, along with some other folks from around the world. Every new journal is a learning experience for me. I've released 32 journals so far:
