Status message:

I've been able to send out to Canada, USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand, France, Australia, Italy, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Lithuania, Israel, Sweden, and South Korea. I require a 2-book request for international mooches, to offset postage costs. Please understand that this is the only way I can continue to send internationally.

In no particular order -- I'm a frustrated writer, avid blogger, movie buff, bookworm, and couch potato all rolled into one! :)

I do sooo love to read. I remember when i was still a student, whiling away the time during the commute by reading. Back then, I could finish a thick paperback in just one sitting. I could forego sleep just to finish whatever book it was that I was engrossed in. Aaahhh... those were the days.

The different conditions of my books:
• Books bought NEW from the bookstore, but specifically intended for my Bookmooch inventory. Never been read (by me, at least! ;->) Books may or may not still be in shrink wrap.
• Books bought new from the bookstore, but intended to be added to my own collection. Has been read, most probably covered in plastic, and may have marks of my name stickers. Pages may be yellowed due to tropical conditions.
• Books bought pre-loved. Might bear the markings of previous owners. With the creases and dogears of a well-loved book. Price sticker scars marring the front or back covers.

I try to be as specific as I can be in describing the condition of my books. Most of my books are covered with plastic, so the book cover stays clean.

PLEASE read the condition notes before mooching. :) If you mooch a book from me, I assume you've read the condition notes. Should you want a more detailed description of the books you want to mooch, please don't hesitate to email me.

LOCAL MOOCHERS (Philippines):
Check out my inventory, and feel free to mooch! PLEASE MOOCH AT LEAST TWO (2) BOOKS. MULTIPLE mooches highly encouraged. :)

- If you reside in or near Makati or Mandaluyong City, I'm open to just meeting up with you at an agreed venue to pass on my mooched books, as a way of cutting on postage costs. During the weekends, we can meet in either Shangrila Mall, Megamall, or Robinson's Galleria.
- Meetups at Flips Flipping Pages / Bookmoochers Pilipinas activities are also encouraged.
- No problem with me if you prefer getting it via mail, in which case I'll send it via Philpost or by courier (Xend). Choice will depend on your location, and total weight of books mooched.

INTERNATIONAL MOOCHERS:
• Books will be sent via SURFACE MAIL. You may receive the book in as short as 2 weeks, or as long as 6 months. It all really depends on the timing... if there is a boat just about to sail for your country, then lucky you. :)
• If after 3 months the book you mooched hasn't arrived, please don't click on the 'LOST' button yet! 6 MONTHS is the standard waiting time for international surface mail and not 3 months. Thank you for your patience.
• Multiple mooching encouraged, especially if you are mooching only one book that is too heavy. Please mooch at least TWO books to offset postage costs. Hope you understand. This is the only way I can continue to entertain international mooches. :)

A FEW MORE NOTES:

•Packaging: I try my best to package the books so that they'll arrive to you in a good condition - this means I usually enclose in plastic for water proofing. However, in order to be Earth-friendly, I REUSE a lot of all my old Bookmooch packaging to be more environmentally friendly. Please don't take offense with this, and consider doing it yourself! Every little bit counts in helping to save the environment.

• Incoming Mooches: please cross out all published prices on the book cover or inside the dust jacket, and declare the package as a gift with no or little commercial value, so that it won't get held up and/or overcharged at customs. Thank you! :)
